Hey, everyone, Casey says that the recipe needs a slight edit: Unless your oven runs very hot, you should roast the Brussels sprouts for at least 40 minutes.

Noted. We’re really excited to try Casey’s recipe on Xmas. So to make sure I got the right idea, you rotate the baking sheet, but leave ‘em cut side down the whole time? One doesn’t have to turn the sprouts themselves?

Yes, that’s right. You don’t need to flip the sprouts, because you preheated the baking sheet, so the cut side is being heated by the hot sheet. Enjoy! It’s Casey’s birthday today, and we’re making the sprouts too, at her request!

Love the Santa Sump'n video and the brussels sprouts recipe. We all love our brussels and Casey's recipe sounds delicious. We will add it to the repertoire.
