When I read your process with the fig yogurt, I laughed! Lewis calls me The Optimizer, now I have a friend! Most recently, I rearranged the appliances on our kitchen countertop for better workflow (e.g. the coffee maker closer to the coffee supply drawer, the toaster adjacent to the bread supply.)

My vote was "write-in" but only because I wanted to vote, and "any of the above" would be great.

I do this in the kitchen too! But I have to laugh at your Optimizer label, because that is what I call Matt. He is always seeking out the best--whether it is a restaurant, appliance, experience, etc.--while I, a Satisficer, am perfectly happy with good enough. But when it comes to organizing things, I am like you.

Your soup recipe sounds interesting I will try it sometime soon! We are heading to Lake Placid with my sister who is visiting from the UK. Meeting our son David who lives in Syracuse and also we think his girlfriend ( for the first time)!!!! I was surprised when he asked to bring her and considering we have a small air bb it will be close quarters!!!
